We announced our arrival, with a launch party on Friday 22nd September 2023 🍾🥂 Since then, we've been running our events, twice every week..that's already over 100 events!
We’re all about our community and our events are lots of fun, very social and sustainable.
Languages for Everyone
Our events are open to Everyone, no matter how many languages you speak or how fluent you are.
Many of us are multilingual and collectively we speak or are fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, Ukrainian, Turkish, Polish, Greek, Welsh, Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Hebrew, Farsi, Catalan, Urdu, Gaelic, Estonian, Thai, Vietnamese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovakian, Yoruba, Creole, Tagalog, Filipino, Mongolian and more….
Many members of our community are locals and only speak English. Whatever your language or fluency level, this is the event for you.

We’re Different
- All languages and all levels are welcome. Relax! We have no minimum language fluency requirements. If you just want to speak English, that's fine.
- You're special! We give every attendee their own personalised (and sustainable) languages badge on arrival. It's your passport to starting a conversation with everyone else, within seconds.
- You'll often also get exclusive discounts on drinks and food at our event venues.
- All our events are hosted from start to finish. We'll be there to Welcome you, with your personalised languages badge and help you with introductions or any questions you have during the event.
- Guests are welcome, just let us know in advance, how many guests you're bringing.
- We care about your safety and well being and don't tolerate harassment or prejudice.

Sustainable
As well as Languages, we ♥ ️our planet too.
We reuse and recycle all our badges, lanyards, flags and other materials we use at our events. We thoroughly sanitise everything after each event, so they can be used again and again and again. Like you, we think sustainability and hygiene is important. 🌳🌎
Please always remember to return your badge to us at the end of each event. Thanks for helping us do the right thing!
